Angelo De Luca is a Swiss based jewellery designer, born in Italy in 1990. Since when he was a child he was attracted by the lights, the colours of the gemstones and the sparkle of the jewels.
Curious in his nature, he lived in many cities like Paris, Copenhagen, Athens, Dubai, Rome and Mumbai, where he had the opportunity to discover the culture and the tradition of jewellery world. You often say, “The jewel chooses the person.” What do you mean by that?
I believe jewellery is deeply personal. Jewels possess an intense, intimate energy. A jewel should reflect something true inside the wearer, such as security, sexiness or mystery. My goal is for clients to feel more connected to the best parts of themselves when they wear a piece of my jewellery. That’s when you know the jewel has found its person.
